You and your business partners have dedicated your lives to building a great business. Now, the time has come to activate a succession plan and achieve that once-in-a-lifetime liquidity event.
So, how do you accomplish this without disrupting key customer relationships, de-stabilizing your family members, or dis-enfranchising your employees?
How do you ensure that your legacy and lifestyle will be protected and preserved, both during and after the disposition of your business?
We provide capital to facilitate growth and/or a fair and straight-forward exit process for business owners ready to harvest the fruit of their efforts to build great companies.
Then we partner with the management teams, leveraging our relationships and operational expertise to continue growing their companies.
We are loyal to people.
We do exactly what we say we will do.
We hold ourselves to the highest standard of excellence.
We pursue a win-win in every transaction.
Objective: We buy companies from owners seeking a liquidity event and/or a business partner.
Management: We look for strong management teams and healthy cultures. We prefer to leave teams in place and invest in their ongoing growth.
EBITDA (Annual Net Income): We prefer $500,000 and up.
Longevity: We prefer at least 2+ years of steady profitability. We love simple and profitable businesses that will be needed for years to come.
Due-diligence: Our due-diligence process takes less than 30 days. We keep things simple and straightforward so you can focus on running your business.
Transaction: If we’re a good fit for each other, we will make an offer and complete the transaction within another 60 days.
Transition: We will help facilitate the transition of operational control to your management team and stay close to them for the long haul.
